1. The Service

ArtReadMe generates AI-based psychological interpretation reference material for drawings (such as House-Tree-Person) that you upload. The Service is provided for educational and self-understanding purposes only and does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, medical or clinical diagnosis or professional psychological counseling.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your credentials secure. If you upload a drawing made by a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or guardian, or that you have obtained appropriate consent.

3. Credits & Payment

Analyses are consumed using credits. Credits are purchased via Stripe at the price and currency shown at the time of purchase. Credits are digital goods; refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the answers you provide ("User Content"). You grant the Company permission to process your User Content solely to provide the Service (generating, storing, and displaying results). We use User Content only as permitted by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful
• Automated abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent the Service
• Reverse engineering or bypassing security controls
• Fraudulently obtaining credits or referral rewards

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
