This Refund Policy applies to credits purchased on ArtReadMe, operated by Daniel AI LLC.

1. Unused Credits

You may request a full refund of credits that are unused and within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

2. Used Credits

Credits already consumed for an analysis are generally non-refundable, because the digital service is delivered and consumed immediately. Exceptions apply for the "Service Errors" cases below.

3. Service Errors

If an analysis fails to complete due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded (restored). If a result is clearly corrupted or was not generated, contact support and we will restore the credit or issue a refund.

4. Bonus & Referral Credits

Promotional credits, such as signup bonuses and referral rewards, are not eligible for cash refunds.
